DMH Consulting is a Pennsylvania-based company providing IT services primarily to FDA regulated organizations. Our founder, David M. Harcar, has 18 years experience supporting and implementing systems in Research & Development and Quality Control laboratories. He has a unique combination of skills, including business analysis, computer systems validation, and Project Management, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of industry software and regulations.

He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute (PMI).
